Time spent in nature can boost your immune system, reduce anxiety, allow you to sleep better, reduce blood pressure, and improve your concentration, to name a few benefits. We also teach meditation and mindfulness skills that you can use at any time in your daily life. If we calm our breathing, we can calm our minds. These skills in turn boost confidence, resilience and self esteem.
