Join EarthWise Healing and Fireflies Nurture and Thrive in a scenic woodland sanctuary for a transformative introductory session ahead of our 6-session outdoor course (Dates to be released soon). Designed to provide knowledge and education to empower you to not just survive but thrive through menopause. This is a journey back to yourself, in the heart of nature around a warm fire, and a path to true and lasting health, as well as an opportunity to connect with a supportive community of women in the heart of nature.

Curious to learn more? You are warmly invited to a 1.5-hour introductory and information session on Thursday 24th July (6.30-8pm). This is your chance to:

• Explore our beautiful woodland setting.
• Meet the experienced and compassionate facilitators.
• Enjoy a cup of herbal tea and tasty snacks around the fire circle.
• Learn and participate in a simple but hugely beneficial diaphramatic breathing technique
• Learn an invaluable self-lymphatic drainage routine with handout
• Gain a comprehensive overview of the six-week course.
• Ask any questions you may have in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

OVER WINTER MONTHS ESPECIALLY IF WEATHER BAD – HIGH WINDS OR SNOW / ICE ROAD CONDITIONS WE MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE AT SHORT NOTICE. OPTIONS WILL BE GIVEN TO EITHER TRANSFER TO AN ALTERNATIVE DATE OR A FULL REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.
